2026 SEASON 2 FINAL JACKPOT ROUND

7 teams competed in the Season 2 Final Jackpot Round.
The average number of questions correctly answered was 7.43 out of 12.


Question 1 - What is the chemical symbol for carbon?

This is the only question in the entire round that every team answered correctly.

Sunboyz burst out of the blocks to take an early lead.

Stuffed If Barney Knows were just that bit slower and took 2nd place.

Pink Bits and Betty Swallows answered within 0.031 seconds of each other and jointly held 3rd place.

This is the lowest position Pink Bits would hold for the entire round.


Question 2 - In which Australian state is the town of Windorah located?

Sunboyz answered correctly the quickest again and held on to 1st place.

Pink Bits was 2nd-fastest and moved into 2nd.

Children Of The Revolution were 3rd-fastest and appropriately moved into 3rd.

Ita Buttcheeks was the only other team to answer correctly and nabbed 4th place.


Question 3 - The dhole is a member of which animal family?

For the 3rd question in a row, Sunboyz answered correctly the quickest and remained in 1st place.

Pink Bits took his time getting the question correct but remained in 2nd place.

Despite getting the question wrong, COTR were able to hang on to 3rd.


Question 4 - According to the International Mineralogical Association, are there more minerals with a name that begins with X or begins with Z?

Sunboyz were the slowest team to get the question correct, taking 9.70 seconds.

They held on to the lead, but the gap to 2nd-placed Pink Bits decreased.

COTR hung on to 3rd place.


Question 5 - Who painted this?

Only Sunboyz, Pink Bits and Ita Buttcheeks answered correctly.

They were the slowest 3 teams to answer, but at least they got it right.

There was only 0.261 seconds between Pink Bits and Sunboyz, so their positions remained the same.

COTR stayed in 3rd place, despite an incorrect answer.


Question 6 - What did Australian Thomas Angove invent and patent in 1964?

This is last of Pink Bits' 6 consecutive correct questions.

Pink Bits got the question correct, but Sunboyz got it wrong.

This resulted in them swapping places.

COTR got the question wrong and dropped out of the Top 3, with Betty Swallows taking their place.


 Question 7 - How many red stripes are there on the flag of Malaysia?

This is the only question that Pink Bits got wrong, but he was able to hang on to 1st place.

Sunboyz held on to 2nd place.

Of the top 4 teams, only Ita Buttcheeks answered correctly.

This resulted in Ita Buttcheeks moving into 3rd place with Betty Swallows dropping to 4th.


Question 8 - Who provided the voice-over for the controversial 1987 "Grim Reaper" AIDS  awareness TV commercial?

Every team except for P & M got this question correct.

Ita Buttcheeks answered correctly nearly 14 seconds faster than Sunboyz and swapped places with them.


Question 9 - In which country of the United Kingdom is the village of Dallas located?

The top 3 teams all got this question correct in around the same time.

This resulted in no change to the placings - Pink Bits in 1st, Ita Buttcheeks in 2nd and Sunboyz in 3rd.


Question 10 - Which chemical element was named by Swedish chemist Nils Gabriel Sefström after  the Norse goddess of beauty and fertility?

Sunboyz got this question correct but Ita Buttcheeks didn't.

They swapped places again.

Betty Swallows were in 4th place, 680 points behind Ita Buttcheeks.


 Question 11 - Who is the No. 1 seed in the 2026 French Open men's singles title?

Only Pink Bits, Betty Swallows and COTR got this correct.

Pink Bits' lead over Sunboyz was an insurmountable 2617 points.

Betty Swallows moved into 3rd place just 13 points behind Sunboyz.

Ita Buttcheeks dropped down to 4th, 523 points behind Betty Swallows.


 Question 12 - In which Australian state is Coolangatta Mountain located?

Unfortunately, Sunboyz got this wrong while Betty Swallows and Ita Buttcheeks got it right.

Betty Swallows moved into 2nd place and Ita Buttcheeks moved into 3rd place.

Sunboyz dropped down to 4th place.


Pink Bits took out the Major Jackpot, winning $300.

 Betty Swallows took out the Minor Jackpot, winning $100.


Pink Bits' last Major Jackpot win was Season 1 Final in March.

This means he has now won a record 5 Major Jackpots in a row.

Betty Swallows' last Minor Jackpot win was Season 1 Final in March.


There were no questions that no team got correct.

There were no questions that only 1 team got correct.

There were no questions that only 2 teams got correct.


For the first time ever, no team had an average score per correct answer in the 900s.
